HACCP and Quality Assurance Developed HACCP framework to address the issues of food safety and quality aspects of aquaculture products by applying the HACCP principles at shrimp production facilities as per the norms of WHO and FDA Mariculture Developed traditional shrimp feed by incorporating Agar industry waste as non conventional binder Prepared an indigenous agricultural fertilizer by incorporating agar industry waste as the source of growth promoter Aquaculture Rendering voluntary Technical consultancy services for improving the quality and safety of raw material for several shrimp farmers of Andhra Pradesh from 1999 to till date Expertise acquired in analysis of physico- chemical and biological parameters of feed and analysis of water quality parameters Efforts were made to address the food safety issues of Prawn culture, Water quality, Hatchery management, marketing and processing technology using Best Management Practices (BMP)
